Run ACH Files for Every Client From One Login

Bookkeeping and accounting firms set up each client as its own originator, with its own company ID and bank, then build, check and send NACHA files the same way for all of them. FiSTWorks never holds or moves money; each client's bank does.

Why Client ACH Work Takes Longer Than It Should

Every client brings a bank, a portal and a spreadsheet

A Portal for Every Bank

Each client's bank has its own origination screen, its own file quirks and its own login to keep track of. Switching between them is where the afternoon goes.

Files Built by Hand, Checked by Nobody

A spreadsheet per client, totals computed by formula, and errors found by the bank after the cutoff. One rejected file is a day's delay on someone else's payroll.

No Record of Who Sent What

When a client asks what went out and when, the answer is in someone's inbox or nowhere.

One Process for Every Client

Set each client up once, then repeat in minutes

1. Add Each Client as an Originator

Enter the client's company name, company ID, immediate origin and originating bank once, and give it a nickname. Switch between clients from a list, not a login.

2. Load Their Bank Accounts and Recipients

Add the client's bank accounts and their employees or vendors by hand, or import a whole list from a CSV file. Or pull the bills to pay straight from their QuickBooks.

3. Build the File From a Template

Save a client's recurring run as a template. Next period, start from it, change what changed, and generate.

4. Check It Before It Exists

Every draft is checked against the NACHA rules before the file can be downloaded, so a mistyped account number is caught on your screen, not by the client's bank.

5. Send It and Keep the Record

Download the file for the client's bank portal, or send it over SFTP from FiSTWorks. Scheduled sends can be held for an admin's approval, and the audit log records every transmission.

Built for Firms, Not Just Businesses

The controls a client expects from their accountant

One Organization, Many Clients

Every client is an originator in your organization, with its own bank details, so one team runs them all without separate accounts.

Approval Before Anything Leaves

Scheduled transmissions can require an admin to review and approve each file, with a second verification code, before it goes to the bank. Nobody sends a client's money alone.

Returns Without the Phone Call

Browse each client's return and NOC files from their bank and read every code in plain language, so you know about a bounced payment before the client does.
